GTN Academy is a small independent run business and appreciates you choosing to train with GTN.

On attendance of your GTN Academy course you must follow these guidelines.

• Bare nails are required from all students on attendance unless stated on the course info pack.

• Lunch is not provided but can be purchased offsite.

• Long hair must be tied back.

• Students must be punctual and arrive in plenty of time.

Refreshments will be provided, water, tea and coffee.

Notepads and pens will be provided on course date.

 

Payment options

Payment plans are available online from third party companies, please read terms and conditions of these parties before continuing with these options.

Course purchase

From date of purchase there is a 14 day cooling off period wherein which your course fee will be refunded should you change your mind. After this period all bookings are non-refundable but Booking fees however can be transferred to another course offered by GTN Academy and must be used within 60 days.

Last minute Cancellations

All last-minute cancellations must be in writing 14 days prior to your course start date via email so your course can be postponed.

No money will be refunded but half of the course fee can be transferred to another course and will incur an admin fee of £75 due to last minute cancellation and admin handling. Your rescheduled course date will be discussed with you and your trainer, we will find you a space on a course that can accommodate. Your new course date must be used within 60 days. If student cannot agree on a date within this time frame all money will be lost and student will need to rebook and pay in full.

If a course is CANCELLED/NO SHOWED OR YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND DUE TO ILLNESS LESS THAN 14 DAYS before a course start date no money is TRANSFERABLE or REFUNDABLE.

Kit Purchase

If you have purchased a kit this is non refundable.

Certification

GTN Academy holds the rights to fail students if they did not safely and competently use the techniques that have been taught to them on specific parts of the course. Students who are unsuccessful at passing will be invited back to demonstrate skills on a re assessment before gaining qualification. There is an admin fee of £50 to re-join assessment. If student does not demonstrate skills needed to pass they will not be invited back and will be required to re purchase course at a later date.
